ZT Fight Skool

ZT Fight Skool was established in 2003 and is the largest Mixed Martial Arts facility on the South coast. Situated directly behind Hove Train Station (North Side) in the Hove Business Centre it couldn't be more accessible.

Facilities include a 22ft Octagon (MMACage), a 16ft Boxing Ring the latest boxing bags, Wrestling Ring and 60m² of matted area. Classes range from MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Muay Thai Boxing, Boxing, SAMA Kickboxing & Karate, Freestyle Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

All of our instructors are Professional Athletes, fully qualified and insured to teach classes to all ages and abilities.
